About

Marketing for service businesses. By people who've owned one.

Red Bleach Marketing exists because most ad agencies have never run a real business. We built this for the owners who have.

The story

From owner to operator to agency.

I'm Chuck Scroggs. I built and ran a service business for years. We grew Patriot Garage from $385K to a $3M run rate before I sold the framework.

Somewhere in the middle of that growth, I learned something that costs most service business owners a lot of money: ad agencies don't think like operators. They think like ad agencies. They optimize what's easy to report on. They don't sit inside the business and feel the pressure of a slow Thursday afternoon. They don't know what it costs to take a phone call away from the bay.

I went through several agencies in five years. A few were fine. Most were not. The ones that worked had the same thing in common. Somebody on the other end actually understood the business.

Red Bleach Marketing is the agency I wish I'd had.

Real operators. Real account managers. Real numbers. Our team runs 180+ active ad accounts and manages $1.5M in monthly ad spend. The strategy comes from someone who built the kind of business you're building.

How we work

One inbox. One weekly call. One scoreboard.

Founder, Red Bleach Marketing

Built and ran a service business through the messy middle. Now leads the team that helps owners shortcut the same path.

How we work.

Every Red Bleach client gets a dedicated account manager. That's the person who knows your business by name, walks your weekly review, and answers when you message. They sit inside a team that builds the creative, runs the optimizations, and keeps the numbers honest.

Our promises

Five principles. We won't bend them.

01

You own everything we build.

Landing pages on your domain. CRM data in your account. Ad creative files in your library. If you ever leave, you take it all with you.

02

We don't write contracts that punish you for leaving.

Three-month minimum so we can find the pattern in your data. After that, month-to-month. Thirty days notice. No claw-backs. No "we keep your stuff" clauses.

03

Real humans answer real questions.

Your account manager has a name, a phone, and your KPIs memorized. Not a help desk. Not a queue.

04

The cheapest marketing is the marketing that works.

Cheap agencies that don't move the needle cost more than they save. We charge what the work is worth, then do the work.

05

We win when you grow, not when you spend.

We don't take a cut of your ad spend. The bigger your spend, the more we tune. Our margin is the retainer. Our reward is keeping you for years.

Marketing built by people who've sat where you sit.

Pick a tier or book a 20-minute call. Either way, we start the work this week.
