Do I need GHL or can I use my existing CRM?+
We build on GoHighLevel because it handles SMS, email, calendars, and pipelines in one platform. If you already use a CRM you love (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive), we can integrate with it instead. Tell us at intake and we'll quote it.
Who owns the CRM data?+
You do. The CRM is on your account, paid by you, owned by you. Your customer list, your call history, and your pipeline data are all yours. If you ever leave us, the data stays with you.
How long does setup take?+
Two to three weeks for the full build. Week one is mapping your lead sources and automations. Week two is building and testing. Week three is integration and training your team to use it. Then we hand the keys to you.
Can I customize automations later?+
Yes. You'll have admin access. Most clients tweak their own copy and timing as they learn what works. If you want us to build new automations, your AM handles the request. Major rebuilds are quoted separately.
What if I want to leave?+
The CRM stays with you. GoHighLevel bills you directly (it's on your account, not ours). The automations, templates, pipelines, contact records, every piece of it stays. You can keep running it yourself or hand it to a new agency.
