Terms of Service
Done-for-you marketing. What you receive depends on the tier you've selected and any add-ons. The current scope of each tier is published at redbleach.marketing.
Three months for monthly-pay clients. Twelve months for annual prepay. Notice period is 30 days written notice to cancel at the end of the minimum.
Monthly retainers charged in advance on the same day each month. Annual prepay charged in full at signup. Foundation Build fees charged at signup.
A pass-through. Your payment method goes directly on the ad platform. We never charge you for ad spend. We never mark it up.
Non-refundable. Assets (landing pages, CRM setup, ad account configuration, tracking) are delivered before campaigns launch. Once delivered, the fee is earned.
You own everything we build for you. Landing pages on your domain and hosting. CRM data in your account. Ad creative files are yours. If you leave, you take it with you.
We do not guarantee specific results in writing. Our 70% in-KPI-within-60-days rate is a benchmark from our book, not a promise about your specific campaign.
If sustained monthly ad spend exceeds your tier ceiling for 60 consecutive days, your retainer upgrades to the next tier on the following billing cycle. We notify you at least seven days before.
Either party may terminate at the end of the minimum commitment with 30 days written notice. We may terminate earlier for unpaid invoices or platform-policy violations.
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Disputes are brought exclusively in Oklahoma.
